Via a Representative

Please check you are using a HOPS authorised Representative.

You do not have to pay any intermediary fees to make an application to HOPS.

Representatives do offer optional services for which fees can be charged.  These services and fees are as detailed HERE and are designed to assist you during your application to HOPS and during your work placement.

Your Representative will provide to you only the services which you select to use and sign an agreement with them requesting.  The Representatives role is to make every stage of the application more straight forward and reliable as outlined in the Workers Manual.

If you use a Representative, they will support you through your application process, provide you with information regarding dates and work availability and suitability.

The representatives also ensure each application is complete and supported with relevant documentation before securely shipping to the HOPS office.

If you do not use the services of a Representative you must meet the deadlines provided by HOPS with your application, failure to do so will mean your application will be rejected.
