HOPS Ltd is a provider of temporary labour solutions, to land based and food industries. Providing farmers and growers in the UK with seasonal workers for their direct employment. In addition HOPS provides support and guidance to both employer and employee to ensure the employment runs smoothly. HOPS does not employ the workers it provides.
HOPS Labour Solutions Limited in wholly owed by the National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs and owns its own subsidiary in Poland which assists with the recruitment of candidates.
HOPS is a member of the Association of Labour Providers (ALP) and has a Gangmasters Licence (URN HOPS0004) issued by the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA).
